Wizard and Mathematician

At crossroads of strange roads, between different worlds,
Fate suddenly brought Wizard and Mathematics together.
Wizard was proud of his magic, potions and spells,
Mathematician loved numbers and all sorts of formulas.

And so they met, without even thinking about,
That such a meeting in itself is already quite symbolic.
"How can I help you, my friend?" - asked Wizard.
"I'd rather be able to help you!" - replied Mathematician.

"But I don't believe in your numbers," - said Wizard.
"Oh, you don't have to believe in them. It's enough
That they exist and just do their job."
"Like my magic?" - Wizard waved his hand,
And a thorny bush next to Mathematician
Instantly turned into a tall and slender pine tree.
"About so," - confirmed Mathematician
And without warning pushed Wizard aside,
After that, meteorite fell on the place where he stood.

"I calculated day and time of the fall this stone," -
Mathematician explained with a kind smile.
"I understand, - Wizard looked not the least bit surprised. -
But this stone fell from heaven because I ordered to it."

"Of course, - said Mathematician. - Your mind created
Torsion field, like a twisted fourth dimension,
Through which you, using quantum entanglement,
Influenced that meteorite in deep space."

"Undoubtedly, everything was so, but we must remember,
That all quanta and all fields, including this cannabis field,
Was created by the will of the gods."

"I can't argue with that, - Mathematician took his last puff. -
So I propose to continue our debate in an hour,
During the next smoke break."

"I agree, colleague, - Wizard nodded sedately. -
Let's meet at the same place, between pine and meteorite."

"I'm afraid you won't be able to talk in an hour," -
Said the third friend, рacking cannabis in a huge bag. -
"However, it's for the best, because my brain
Is already falling out of my ears from your nonsense!"

"Science denies such phenomena," - Mathematician retorted.
"Gods of grass will not allow such thing," - Wizard confirmed.
