Visiting the Castle RHEINFELS | And why I can´t be active this week

How are you doing?
I will be a little quiet over here during this week.
I have a friend (@nane-qts) over from Australia visiting me! 🎉 I got to know her a few years ago here on the Hive blockchain, and she helps me ever since with my Discord server and some administrative stuff. It´s great to meet Hive friends in real life, and also one that is living on the other side of the world!
So we are driving around, visit alot of stuff that my area is famous for, go to restaurants and much more. There is not much time for Hive in between. Tomorrow is my birthday, on friday I make a little party with my friends, and on saturday, I have a small gig with my band. So this week is exploding. 😂
Therefore I can tell you alot about all this stuff next week.
Hope you understand that I can´t be active right now. ❤️
But let me show some pictures of our trip yesterday. We visited a castle near my home where I´ve never been that is called Burg Rheinfels.
We have hundreds of castles nearby and I barely visited any of them in my life. Because for me it´s just so normal that there are castles everywhere. 😂
But it was very nice!
They also had a museum with alot of the original old papers, armors, weapons, etc.
Then there was this huge hall. This was my highlight!! It was insanely big, you can´t really see that on the picture.
The atmosphere while standing in it and also the sound was incredible! Definitely my favourite place in the castle. It had so much mystical feeling to it.. ✨
We will go out now to have another day of adventure! You will hear from me as soon as this full week is over! 😅

Yes! It always has a mystical touch when you visit the castle or the landscape here.
Wow amazing! Those ancient stones hold a mystery of the past.
This is for sure, and often you can really feel it.
It means we can meet in real life. That's really good to know that you met a hiver friend. Hive is doing great in making friendship. Moreover, this castle is really lavish with it's vast and huge building and a museum with original old stuff. How lucky you are that you have so many castles nearby you.
Yes it was great to have someone over that I met on Hive from the other side of the world!! It was awesome to have her here.

We've had quite an awesome week Raven. Meeting an online friend in real life, checking out the dope castles and even having a birthday party and a gig. Now that's a packed schedule. The huge hall, amazing too, I can totally imagine the kind of epic echo in there lol. Have fun, and happy not-yet birthday (to avoid bad luck) 😁

The castle is amazing. What I liked most in the post was the craftsmanship. It is beautiful. The details are incredible. Pure art.
Yes I love these old things. They always put in alot of work and it looked incredible.
The scenery was simply breathtaking, the ambiance peaceful and inviting, and each corner of the establishment carried a tale. It was like entering a land where time has frozen where culture, beauty, and tranquility all blend in one enchanted land. It's one of those places that makes you fantasize about your next break even before you've left.

One thing I am so jealous of you guys living in Europe is all the history so close by where you live. I'm from European ancestry and every time in Europe it's so fun to see all the historic sites. That is such a cool castle you got to visit, you got some awesome pictures. I love the "feel" of such ancient structures, there aren't really any here in the US.
That´s true. We have sooo many of these places, that it´s almost nothing special for me anymore. I tend to forget how special it is.
I love historical site, I've always meant to visit Aachen Cathedral. Charlemagne is one of my great, great, great........grandfathers. And there are so many more castles to explore in Germany. I would probably need to stay for three months to see them all!
