It's a stretch, but Elon was appointed to the new "Department of Government Efficiency" aka D.O.G.E. by the inbound Trump administration, and yes there were several memes, including this:

That said... NO actual connection exists between the Crypto and the department. It's just people drawing conclusions, I think.
