The minimum investment is the purchase of South America land + 1 seed + HKWATER tokens to water the seed = just under 4 SWAP.HIVE

Consider that the seeds are not worth buying but worth obtaining from Seeds Pools through the use of BUDS tokens.

Land plots can be purchased from:

you better choose the best price on the two markets and according to the method of purchase (SWAP.HIVE or BUDS).

Before investing I suggest you do an analysis of the total Plot+Seed+HKWATER cost and the achievable gain to choose the best land to buy ;)
