Today is election day in my country, France.

Following the European elections, in which his party was heavily outvoted, our President of the Republic dissolved the National Assembly (which votes on legislation).

This is the first round of legislative elections, and there are 3 main lists:

• The far-right nationalist party, which won a majority in the European elections.
• A coalition of convenience: socialists, communists, ecologists and extreme left-wingers.
• The President's party, which is ultra-liberal and has been in charge for 7 years.

I tried to find in their program the place of crypto currencies, and I found nothing, I know it's not a priority for a government but it's disappointing from my point of view.

The only link I can make between the election and cryptos is through taxation.

Currently, the conversion of cryptos into Fiat is taxed at 30% (flat tax).

• The Nationalist Party is talking about raising the tax on financial transactions, so we can assume that cryptos are affected.
• The Democratic coalition will abolish the flat tax, and it is expected that crypto profits will be included in income according to a progressive scale that is less advantageous for the richest and more favorable for those with limited resources.
• The government party will leave the flat tax in place, as it was the first measure it took when it came in charge 7 years ago.

We'll see, in 2 weeks after the second round of elections, the dice will be thrown.

Aujourd'hui c'est un jour d'élections dans mon pays, la France.

  J'ai essayé de trouver dans leur programme quelle était la place des crypto monnaies, et je n'ai rien trouvé, je sais que ce n'est pas une priorité pour un gouvernement mais c'est décevant de mon point de vue.

  Le seul lien que je peux faire entre l'élection et les cryptos passe par l'impôt.
  .
  Actuellement la conversion des cryptos en Fiat est taxée à 30% (flat tax).

• Le parti nationaliste parle d'augmenter l'impôt sur les transactions financières et on peut donc supposer que les cryptos sont concernées.
• La coalition démocrate va supprimer la flat tax, et à priori les bénéfices cryptos seront intégrées aux revenus selon un barème progressif moins avantageux pour les plus riches et plus favorable à ceux qui ont de faibles ressources.
• La parti du gouvernement laissera la flat tax en place, c'est la première mesure qu'il a prise en arrivant au pouvoir il y a 7 ans.

  Nous verrons bien, dans 2 semaines après le deuxième tour des élections, les dès seront jetés.

I'll start with my main objectives:
Hive Power, HSBI and HBD saving.

As one of my colleagues told me, with the drop in the HIVE price, it's a double whammy: the value of votes is falling, and so are the author and curation rewards. The results are therefore not very good, except for HSBI.

• HP: only +24 this week
• HBD: +1, but I'll get a little more $7 interest next week.
  I have a few extra swap.HBD but I use them on liquidity pools.
• HSBI: +86 I'm fast approaching my goal.
  The unit tracking site is still not working, very annoying.

For my passive income tokens:

• My goal for LOLZ tokens has been reached, I'll set a new one next week, for now I'm savoring this success, I've converted several other tokens to get there.
• I'm making good progress with the PIMP too, I'm 43° on the richlist, which means I'm getting 0.019 HIVEs a day (I'd rather not calculate the APR, otherwise I'll cry).

I don't have much more to say about the other tokens.

6781 $WAX i.e. +82, I have to keep selling the NFTs that are useless to me, but it's tedious because their value is often low.

The current APR of WAX stacking is 8.11%, but the value is falling even faster than that of HIVE, as you can see on this one-month chart.
