SlothBuzz hit's it's first block on Hive! We're now a Witness to the chain!

What a day to buzz, It's a beautiful day indeed!

Slothbuzz successfully produced its first block on the Hive chain!

We're now officially "Block producers" for Hive, an essential step for witnesses! We can't wait to continue building and pushing forward on Hive!

Some Hive tools

We think everyone should learn to use the tools on Hive so they understand the basics, if we truly are looking for "decentralised ownership" of our funds, we should at least know how the basics work.

So first up, check out the witness page. Either from Peakd, Hiveblog(wallet) or Ecency, Learn a little more about the witnesses and what they're building on Hive. Start using their tools, project or sites, and support them to continue building.

Next up you can start looking at some of the cool alternative tools to further your understanding of Hive. This more details witness page from @arcange for example, gives more info about each of the witnesses, there's also a handy witness schedule!

There are also cool bubble maps from hivetrending, this cool little map gives you the latest witness/block and even an overview of what's being mined in the block. @Hivetrending has some other awesome tools available, check out his latest work: HERE

Hive is AMAZING!

Hive is a great place to learn and grow, utilise the information and tools already here and help build and add to them. Even if you're not a dev you can still benefit hive by contributing quality content, voting and maintaining the fairness of the chain and learning more about managing your finances and savings!

Not only this, you can participate in voting on proposals for the future development of hive. There are some great proposals for ways to onboard more users and develop Hive as a network! Hopefully, there'll be even more proposals from some of the awesome developers here on Hive!
