Good Afternoon Buzzers, Lets get our Tuesday on!

Good afternoon my amazing buzzers, thanks for stopping by and taking the time to catch up on the daily Buzz! It would seem yesterday's post was posted twice, when I went to write this post, it also came up with yesterday's as a draft! Hive at its worst! There are still a lot of issues that need to be ironed out before we can become a 'mainstream' crypto!

One of the keys to onboarding new users is the ease of access and usability, something Hive still has issues with, as I shared in my post yesterday Here (Oh, just noticed it earned me another weekly posting badge! Woo). There's still a lot of building and cooperation needed! Hopefully, we can iron out these issues with nodes/connections as we already have a nice variety of websites and tools devoted to Hive!

If we can create a smooth onboarding process, from creating an account to getting the required tokens (Hive) and then begin a sloth-like learning process for the wonders that Hive holds, this is our best bet at retaining quality users. Of course, this can only work if the network is up all of the time, meaning users can join and participate at any time! Some of the websites have added 'work arounds' to try to maintain this uptime, however, there still seem to be daily complaints from the community regarding errors and downtime.

Is there any way we can strengthen the network and make sure the APIs/Nodes are running 24/7? I'm not a developer, but I'm sure someone will have some more useful information on this subject. Even things like tip bots are having to find a workaround to ensure uptime, whether it be a restart script, or developers taking the time to crack the code and work out where the bugs are stemming from!

Well, we're inching closer to the sloth tutorial course coming to fruition, hopefully by the end of this weekend I'll start posting some content designed for those newbies making their way through Hive. We can all use a mentor especially when starting out! Heck, I'd happily take a mentor right now, I'm sure I'm making a few 'silly mistakes' on my posts, that someone with more experience could spot and rectify! Discord servers like 'the terminal' and 'ocd' have some amazing community members which can set you on the right path to success on Hive!

Not to mention a lot of the smaller communities which help their members day in and out! Sloth.Buzz is the newest of these 'helpful' communities, supporting creators and streamers alike! We love adding server pings for users' streams, music and other content! We're hoping to set up a discord ping for all posts to slothbuzz in the coming days! Just make sure to smash that slothbuzz tag on your quality content! Remember, it's not a 'general' tag, although is not totally 'niche' focused either! Plus, a note to consider, posting into the 'slothbuzz community' doesn't add the slothbuzz tag, currently, sloth.buzz is only looking for the slothbuzz tag! So if you're posting into the slothbuzz community from another front end, you'll also need to add the tag! Another of Hives' intricate concepts!
