It’s Friday! It’s sunny! It’s the weekend! Love your buzziest life!

Good afternoon sloths, buzzers, hivians and the rest of you! I hope you’re having an awesome Friday, enjoy the weekend!

Thought I would take the dog somewhere different this morning, so we went for a quick walk around a different park. Plenty of space, open playing fields, trees with “woodland walk” and a nice pond in the centre!

The sun is shining, it’s a nice day for February, let’s hope that doesn’t mean we have snow coming next week!

So we started the walk on the lead, the pup being ever so energetic was excited to get off and run! So thinking, his recall has been about 80% recently, the parks quiet, let’s chance it!

No long line, no balls to play with. Let’s just have a nice walk and stretch your legs!

2 hours later a lovely lady managed to entice him close enough with a sausage and I finally had him back!

Now it may be a nice day, but I wasn’t planning on 10000 steps and two hours walking around in circles chasing him! So is life, fail to prepare, prepare to fail.

If you’ve learnt nothing from our story, you can at least take away these two things, sloths dog will be on the lead for the coming days. And get your finger out, start buzzing and do things right first time! We all make mistakes, as long as we learn from them! One slothly day at the park at a time!

Oh, and we can end on a positive, I’ve finally sat down, had a coffee and managed to write an article! Went for a quick wander so he could have a pee and he walked like the best dog you’ve ever seen! Maybe he’s just tired enough to give me peace for a couple of hours! At least he keeps me in stories! I wonder what the rest of the weekend will entail!
