Sloth Savings slow and steady
Good afternoon buzzers!
It's almost the end of another week already, how time flies when you're having fun! I read somewhere before we feel like we lose one day a year in real time for every year we get older. Maybe it's true, being a kid the years seemed to last forever. Anything we were waiting for was 'years' away.
Holidays, days out, new gifts, and even dinner time! It was always such a long time away. Car journeys?!? Are we there yet!!! The only exception was bedtime, which was always there far too quickly! Now, the days seem to pass in a buzz and bedtime can't come soon enough. Before we know it, it's another day, week, or even month! I mean, it's March already? It's buzzed that fast, I missed the start of March and power-up day!
Sloth and steady savings are great for slow goals, and one of the benefits of doing so on Hive is that even when we do sloth, we can still earn. Buzzing is the key to success here, bringing new content and more importantly interactions with other users to build upon the authentic social experience.
I should take some time to see how my savings are doing. Am I still progressing toward my goals? Have I set a target outwith my reach? Do I need to shake the sloth and continue to buzz? I managed to miss a week of savers posting so let's hope this one gets me back on track! Better sloth and never so I need to get back into posting these weekly, maybe even on a Saturday!

After the first paragraph I was reminded of a radio program I listen to regularly (yes, I'm oldschool). It's called "Today in history" and they pick the current date but somewhat many years ago and give a five to ten minute report about a person or event connected to that date. The intro to that show ist this song:

time certainly does fly when you're having fun! It's been my "birthday week", my actual birthday being the 2nd of March. My daughter Aime is also celebrating her birthday week as her birthday is just before mine on the 28th of March. That normally means joined parties and cakes! I was so confused I woke the kids up for school this morning, on a Saturday 😂🤦♀️
