Just when you think you can relax in your garden.....

Good morning,

While i was enjoying the garden this morning with my cameras discovering what has changed , i had a close encounter with a young ( unlicensed ? ) pilot.

I knew we had a nest in the garden of European Blue tits , but i wasn't expecting them to fly out of the nest already, good thing we don't allow the cat in the garden she would have been playing with them all day.

Normally i wouldn't even try to take pictures at this distance of young birds but since it almost landed on my head , i only had to turn arround and click .

It stayed very calm probably wiondering if i was a threat or not both parents where yelling and so was it's brother / sister sitting on the other side of the garden also holding on to the wall.

his / her brother or sister did a better job on the landing

the cat didn't even notice them, probably because she had just finished her breakfast.

after i was sure they where save i moved back inside , so that they can practice without me standing in the way.

the parrents have been very bussy the past +/- 4 weeks bringing food and snacks for the kids.

day in day out , they don't have luxury of a babbysitter that some humans have.

we kept our distance as much as possible, because we didn't want to disturb the nest.

but they always kept an eye open to us , probably because we are living with that cat.

thank you for watching i hope you enjoyed our local garden wildlife.

Seems they are really keeping their eyes on your cat. It can be seen from their eyes and the way they look)))

This bird looks like a sparrow. You have really captured some beautiful photographs of European Blue tits here.

Thank you , it's smaller then the sparrow , at least smaller then our european sparrows .

The birdhouse looks very cool. Our town should install something similar in our green areas, it will probably resolve a very serious issue with craws.

I bought these my self 3 different types / sizes to support local wildlife .
Craws can be noisy indeed .
