I Am #AliveAndThriving Today! || #IAmAliveChallenge || Daily Off-Grid Jungle Journal Entry: Day #674 - Assessing Hive Growth from December 1st, and Thoughts on Leverage - GaiaYoga Gardens, Lower Puna, Far East Big Island, Hawai'i - Saturday, June 1, 2024

I live naked and barefooted, very close to Earth and Nature, in an 18-acre, off-grid, clothing-optional, food-forest intentional community (GaiaYoga Gardens), way out in the jungles of Lower Puna, far East Big Island, Hawai'i, and I have for more than 5 years now. Although there are many challenges, I love my life, and I'm immensely grateful to live where and how I do, on my own terms! I would not want to live any other way! 😁🙏💚⚡💥🔥✴️✳️❇️👣🌱✨🤙

Back on the December 1st HPUD, after doing my mega powerup of 2,715.315 HIVE, and added to my existing 3,073.537 HP, I had 5,788.852 Hive Power. As of this morning, I'm at 6,947.403 HP, which means that I've gained 1,158.551 Hive Power over the past 6 months. That's quite good growth I'd say, and it's only the beginning!

Of my 3 Hive Goals for the year, the only one that is on track without assistance is Reputation, which I should easily reach my goal of 70 by the end of the year. I'm shooting for 10,000 HP and 500 HBD in Savings, and and although I'll likely get pretty close on both, I don't think that I'll r reach those two goals unless I am able to give them a good boost. That's where my trading fund that I've been growing on Hive Engine comes in to save the day.

From the original gift of 18.2 LTC that I received from a friend to whom I offered some helpful crypto suggestions, I grew it to 19.3 LTC (as SWAP.LTC) after a few rounds of trading, and then sold it for the 5,299.322 SWAP.HIVE that I presently have. I've been waiting for a few weeks now for the prices of SWAP.LTC or SWAP.DOGE to move back within a profitable range, and as I wait and watch, I'm also now wondering if this is the most effective way fuel growth. In the long term, with sufficient patience, I know that I could grow my trading fund many fold, but this is not necessarily a quick process at all, which is making me consider simply converting my SWAP.HIVE into HIVE and powering it up, or dividing it evenly and swapping half of it for HBD to put into Savings, and powering the rest up.

If I chose to power up my 5,299.322 HIVE, with my present HP I'd end up with 12,246.725 Hive Power. Presently I receive between 16 and 17.3 HP each month from passive-income interest (at a 2.77-3% APR). If I were to power up my entire trading fund at the moment, my new monthly interest would net between 28.270 and 30.617 HP, which is a very nice jump. My present monthly interest from my 286.319 HBD in Savings comes to 4.772 HBD. If I were to swap half of my trading fund for HBD to put into Savings, at the present swap rate, I'd receive 797.619 HBD (it was over 800 just a few days ago - it's definitely not the best time to swap HIVE for HBD), which when added to Savings would give me 1,083.938 HBD in total. That would yeiled me 18.066 HBD each month in interest. So at the moment I'm thinking and feeling into which path would offer the best overall growth, as each one has some notable benefits. If anyone reading this has a helpful perspective or suggestion to offer, I'd love to hear it!

Yesterday, Saturday, after finishing with my important Hive tasks, I left the Flow House just after 1PM, and strained out and blended kefir (kefir-honey-cinnamon-cacao) first, before getting into anything else. After kefir, I had planned to go collect cow food, but when I went to do it, I found that it was already done, so I got the 8-foot orchard ladder that I had collected for the task yesterday, and cleaned the gutters over Stefano's lab. Once I got the gutters done, I went to sunbathe on the trampoline in the Peanut Lawn for a little while, then I got my machete and did some trail clearing in various spots that were getting a bit overgrown. With that done, I took a short break up at the Flow House, then I ended up helping Melekai carry several Melochia poles from the shop area, down to Tutu's, in preparation to build a new coco bar. By that time the sun was ideal for photography, so I peeled away to go take some photos. Iolanthe joined me on my photo-taking adventure, as it's something that she enjoys too (she's becoming quite a good photographer). After taking photos, Io wanted me to go play in the pool with her for a while, which I did until the sun started going down and I started to get chilly. I took a shower after swimming with Io, then I collected my jar of leftover superfood fire coffee from the Landing fridge, and made my way back to the Flow House, to dive into my evening Hive tasks. Even though I was not able to catch up on notifications the night before, last night I got everything on Hive done by just before 10:30PM. I spent some time scanning my Bastyon and X feeds, and then I finally went to bed just a little before 12AM. I did sleep pretty well, waking up just after 7AM, doing a round of token management, starting on this post, then getting out of bed to go make my superfood fire coffee.

It's just past 1:15PM now, so a fantastic time to end this post, so that I can get to a few important Hive tasks, before leaving the Flow House later in the afternoon, to strain out and blend kefir, and maybe take more photos for these posts. Since it's Sunday, I'll write and publish my 105th Sunday Weekly Hive Goals and Progress Update later tonight or tomorrow morning, depending on how things flow. 2024 Life Goals

1.) Heal my broken heart, reignite my heart sun, and embody a solid, healthy masculine, allowing my electric fire to shine bright, no matter what others, especially women, say or do. 

2.) Bring myself and my life back into balance, integration, and wholeness. 

3.) Do regular (naked) integral practices again, alone or with others. 

4.) Dance regularly again.

5.) Work with natural entheogens (mushrooms, ganja, ayahuasca), with punctuated regularity, as a part of my healing process again. 

 6.) Get, and keep, regular deep, integral energy-body-tantric work healing sessions for women flowing again.

7.) Prepare regular batches of my medicinal teas collected from the land again. 

8.) Make my plant nursery beautiful again.

9.) Live as an integral part of a juicy heart-resonant soul tribe community, with deep, coherent mutual and shared passion, purpose, mission, love, warmth care, sweetness, reverence, respect, aliveness, admiration, excitement, enjoyment, playfulness, work, fun, laughter, attraction, and all-level connections and relationships. 

10.) Make love with the woman, or the women, that I love, every day, as a sacred devotional practice. 

11.) Begin learning relevant coding/programming languages to more fully contribute to the sovereignty-driven technologies where I am active, like Arch Linux, Hive, Qortal, DeSo, and Bastyon.
