I Am #AliveAndThriving Today! || #IAmAliveChallenge || Daily Off-Grid Jungle Journal Entry: Day #749 - We The People Build and Keep Hive Thriving! - GaiaYoga Gardens, Lower Puna, Far East Big Island, Hawai'i - Thursday, August 15, 2024

I live naked and barefooted, very close to Earth and Nature, in an 18-acre, off-grid, clothing-optional, food-forest intentional community (GaiaYoga Gardens), way out in the jungles of Lower Puna, far East Big Island, Hawai'i, and I have for more than 5 years now. Although there are many challenges, I love my life, and I'm immensely grateful to live where and how I do, on my own terms! I would not want to live any other way! 😁🙏💚⚡💥🔥✴️✳️❇️👣🌱✨🤙

Hive, The People's Blockchain, is developed, maintained, run, and governed by people just like you and me, all over the world, where each and every one of us can contribute, help, support, and even bring entirely new amazing things to the Blockchain, making it better for everyone. When you're on Hive for a while, you come to realize quickly that things are just done differently here. Hive is not owned, controlled, or managed by any company, corporation, or government agency but by us, We The People, and it's done so with very personal care and touch, across every nook and cranny of the Blockchain. We come to know the people that run various projects over time, so when there's problem, or something stops working, we can usually communicate that directly to project leaders, often allowing our issues to be resolved within hours.

Just this morning I noticed to my dismay that I had not received my daily SWAP.HIVE payouts from one particular income-token project for the second day in a row, so I got in touch with the fellow who runs it via his Discord channel, and in less than an hour the problem was fixed. That is a very common Hive experience for me, and it hits home the fact that what you or I do on the Blockchain can have a truly remarkable effect, for both ourselves and our fellow Hivers.

Another example is the fun and creative development process that my friend, Badass Botlord @borniet, and I have, where our shared banter and conversations is turned into useful Hive services and infrastructure. Most of you are probably aware of our first collaboration, the @indeedly/INDEED tipping bot, which grew out of our many conversations in which we found ourselves strongly in agreement with each other very often, with profuse use of the word 'indeed'. We've been talking about other possible tipping-bot ideas, with a few possibilities presently floating around. Last night, I mentioned one such idea, a !HOPE tipping bot, since I felt that hope is something we could all use in these increasingly challenging times, and wouldn't you know it, by the morning a new tipping bot (@hopelizer) and token (HOP) were already up and running, with two of the new tokens sitting in my wallet. Now that's fast!

Hive's a big Ecosystem, with a great deal to take in, learn, and understand, and to say that it can be daunting and overwhelming for newcomers is a huge understatement. That's why direction, help, and suggestions from those of us who have been on the Blockchain for a while, as well as the guides, tutorials, and walk-throughs that we publish, can be so incredibly important for people to be able to get their bearing and get into their own flow here. None of us are 'users' on Hive, unlike conventional corporate-owned social media, but rather owners and stake-holders, with the present and future expression and development of Hive in our hands. May we create beautiful things together, my friends.

Yesterday, Thursday, I left the Flow House, once I had finished my Hive tasks, just after 1:30PM. I headed to the Landing first, as I usually do, to strain out and blend kefir (kefir-honey-cinnamon-cacao), before diving into anything else. When I finished with kefir, I had intended to go take more photos for these posts, but I spontaneously and unexpectedly felt inspired to do a good bit of weeding along one of the trails between the Landiing and the Bedouin, and even more extensively in a planting bed next to the Peanut Lawn. After weeding and removing two super-full wheelbarrows of plant material, I took a shower, then I headed up to the Flow House for a short break. After resting a bit, and doing one important token task, I went to help Braja with a handful of small jobs at her place. After helping Braja, I collected my leftover jar of superfood fire coffee from the Landing fridge, then I made my way back to the Flow House, to jump into my evening Hive round, a big part of which was (and usually is) catching up on my notifications. There were notably more last night than most other days of the week, so I kept going for as long as I could, until I finally had to get to bed around 12AM, still two hours behind. I woke up just a bit before 5AM, wishing and still feeling that I could sleep more, doing a round of token management, scanning Bastyon and X, starting on this post, and then getting out of bed just after 9AM to go make my superfood fire coffee.

It's now just after 1:30PM, so a really good time to end this post, so that I can get to a few important Hive tasks, before leaving the Flow House later in the afternoon, to strain out and blend kefir first, hopefully take more photos for these posts (I didn't take any photos yesterday), and then land work, which will probably be continuing with my weeding job in the planting bed on the Peanut Lawn. 2024 Life Goals

1.) Heal my broken heart, reignite my heart sun, and embody a solid, healthy masculine, allowing my electric fire to shine bright, no matter what others, especially women, say or do. 

2.) Bring myself and my life back into balance, integration, and wholeness. 

3.) Do regular (naked) integral practices again, alone or with others. 

4.) Dance regularly again.

5.) Work with natural entheogens (mushrooms, ganja, ayahuasca), with punctuated regularity, as a part of my healing process again. 

 6.) Get, and keep, regular deep, integral energy-body-tantric work healing sessions for women flowing again.

7.) Prepare regular batches of my medicinal teas collected from the land again. 

8.) Make my plant nursery beautiful again.

9.) Live as an integral part of a juicy heart-resonant soul tribe community, with deep, coherent mutual and shared passion, purpose, mission, love, warmth, care, sweetness, reverence, respect, aliveness, admiration, excitement, enjoyment, playfulness, work, fun, laughter, attraction, and all-level connections and relationships. 

10.) Make love with the woman, or the women, that I love, every day, as a sacred devotional practice. 

11.) Begin learning relevant coding/programming languages to more fully contribute to the sovereignty-driven technologies where I am active, like Arch Linux, Hive, Qortal, DeSo, and Bastyon.
