I Am #AliveAndThriving Today! || #IAmAliveChallenge || Daily Off-Grid Jungle Journal Entry: Day #758 - Determination in the Face of Adversity - GaiaYoga Gardens, Lower Puna, Far East Big Island, Hawai'i - Saturday, August 24, 2024

I live naked and barefooted, very close to Earth and Nature, in an 18-acre, off-grid, clothing-optional, food-forest intentional community (GaiaYoga Gardens), way out in the jungles of Lower Puna, far East Big Island, Hawai'i, and I have for more than 5 years now. Although there are many challenges, I love my life, and I'm immensely grateful to live where and how I do, on my own terms! I would not want to live any other way! 😁🙏💚⚡💥🔥✴️✳️❇️👣🌱✨🤙

This will not be a long post. The whole day yesterday was facing and dealing with adversity and difficulties due to a massive storm system that moved in early in the morning, and persisted with dense clouds and unbelievably torrential rains throughout the day and night (it's still going). That wouldn't normally be the problem that it was, but our generator, which would usually get us through such times of very-low sun, ceased to function as it should.

Zai and I even went to town to pick up a new, though much smaller generator in town, but alas, our efforts were in vane, because the new generator was not powerful enough to charge the batteries on our solar electrical system. As such, for the first time in ages, the power went out last night just after 8PM, and remained off all night. It's just before 6:30AM, and I'm on the last 26% of battery on my phone, so I've got to make this quite quick. I don't even have enough photos (13) for this post, but I did get 9 at least.

Because I knew that the power would be going out soon last night, I charged my phone as much as I could, which is what allowed me to complete my Hive tasks last night, and to get through my notifications. We'll be getting yet another generator today, but that won't help me in terms of publishing this post on time, so it's now or never if I want to keep my unbroken streak of posting on the Blockchain. My determination to meet my Hive goals and and commitments is intense, so we'll see how this goes.

Yesterday into today has been a test of that commitment, determination, and resolve, and I'm not going down without a fight. My Qortal node, that runs from my laptop, is of course offline, which frustrates me immensely, but I've got to deal with the circumstances as they come, while doing my best to plan ahead, so situations like this do not happen again. Once this post is published, I'll have most of the day to work with the others here to rectify our electrical outage. I deeply hope that it goes well. May we succeed. If all goes well I'll be back online by sometime in the afternoon. May it be so! As always, I deeply appreciate y'all so very much, and very hopefully I'll be publishing the next iteration of this post tomorrow! 2024 Life Goals

1.) Heal my broken heart, reignite my heart sun, and embody a solid, healthy masculine, allowing my electric fire to shine bright, no matter what others, especially women, say or do. 

2.) Bring myself and my life back into balance, integration, and wholeness. 

3.) Do regular (naked) integral practices again, alone or with others. 

4.) Dance regularly again.

5.) Work with natural entheogens (mushrooms, ganja, ayahuasca), with punctuated regularity, as a part of my healing process again. 

 6.) Get, and keep, regular deep, integral energy-body-tantric work healing sessions for women flowing again.

7.) Prepare regular batches of my medicinal teas collected from the land again. 

8.) Make my plant nursery beautiful again.

9.) Live as an integral part of a juicy heart-resonant soul tribe community, with deep, coherent mutual and shared passion, purpose, mission, love, warmth, care, sweetness, reverence, respect, aliveness, admiration, excitement, enjoyment, playfulness, work, fun, laughter, attraction, and all-level connections and relationships. 

10.) Make love with the woman, or the women, that I love, every day, as a sacred devotional practice. 

11.) Begin learning relevant coding/programming languages to more fully contribute to the sovereignty-driven technologies where I am active, like Arch Linux, Hive, Qortal, DeSo, and Bastyon.
