I live naked and barefooted, very close to Earth and Nature, in an 18-acre, off-grid, clothing-optional, food-forest intentional community (GaiaYoga Gardens), way out in the jungles of Lower Puna, far East Big Island, Hawai'i, and I have for more than 5 years now. Although there are many challenges, I love my life, and I'm immensely grateful to live where and how I do, on my own terms! I would not want to live any other way! 😁🙏💚⚡💥🔥✴️✳️❇️👣🌱✨🤙

Sometime after 2PM (when UTC switches to a new day) today, I'll be powering up (presently) almost 38 HIVE, and then, of course, writing and publishing my HPUD post about it. What's cool about this HPUD is that the amount of HIVE that I'll be powering up will take me past the threshold of 7,600 HP, so another small milestone incoming.

Most of the HIVE that I power up each month now comes from the daily payouts of HIVE from my staked BXT tokens, and from remaining in the top ten (I've been at the #1 spot for 4 weeks in a row) of the Ecency Leaderboard, with smaller amounts coming from other income tokens like BRO, EDS, INCOME, and LGN, as well as a few HP delegations. I've set things up in such a way that I don't have to do anything different from what I usually do every day to have a good chunk of HIVE to power up for HPUD at the beginning of each month. That's my Hive Multi-Stream Passive-Income Machine doing what it was designed to do.

Creating passive internal, or endogenic, sources of income has been one of my primary focuses since I arrived on the Blockchain almost 3 years ago, and looking at how things are going now, I'd say that I've done a pretty good job of it, in both layer 1 and layer 2, and this is still just an early stage of implementation. The fact that this is not only possible, but easy on Hive, is absolutely brilliant.

Getting this kind of endogenic income set up and functioning in our MMB (Maximum Mutual Benefit) Meta-Project is of the utmost importance to both @borniet and myself, and it's quite necessary before we can progress much further with the implementation of our plans, since @borniet's resources are reaching their limits with the rate of development that we've had up until this point. To be able to get the MMB Meta-Project to a desired level of self-sufficiency in terms of resources and assets it's very likely going to require some assistance from the Hive community, which is why I created the @mmb-dontations account, to give an official, clear, and easy way for Hivers who are wanting to support our endeavors to be able to do so. Since what we're creating and implementing will indeed benefit the whole Hive community, community support is an important part of the equation I think. Together we're going to build an elegant system that will greatly benefit everyone involved!

Yesterday, Friday, after finishing up my Hive tasks, I gave Melekai a session, starting at 1:30PM, and continuing until just before 4PM. Once Melekai left, I did a short bit of token management, and then I finally left the Flow House, to first take photos for these posts, strain and blend kefir (kefir-honey-cinnamon-cacao) in the Landing, and then collect a wheelbarrow full of Cecropia and Melochia leaves for cow-milking food. After collecting cow food, I took a shower, then I went back to the Landing to make myself a few mini-cheeseburgers with my spiced-and-seasoned meat. With food made, I headed back to the Flow House, for my evening round of Hive tasks, and catching up on my notifications. I finished getting through them all by just after 10:30PM, and after posting and engaging on Waves and Ecency proper, and checking in on Bastyon and X, I went to bed just a little before 12AM. I did sleep well, super thankfully, waking up around 8:30AM, doing a round of token management, beginning on this post, and then getting out of bed, to go make my superfood fire coffee, just after 9AM.

It's a bit before 12:30PM now, so a marvelous time to end this post, so that I can get to a few important Hive tasks, before leaving the Flow House later in the afternoon, to first strain and blend kefir, take more photos for these posts, and then land work. 2024 Life Goals

1.) Heal my broken heart, reignite my heart sun, and embody a solid, healthy masculine, allowing my electric fire to shine bright, no matter what others, especially women, say or do. 

2.) Bring myself and my life back into balance, integration, and wholeness. 

3.) Do regular (naked) integral practices again, alone or with others. 

4.) Dance regularly again.

5.) Work with natural entheogens (mushrooms, ganja, ayahuasca), with punctuated regularity, as a part of my healing process again. 

 6.) Get, and keep, regular deep, integral energy-body-tantric work healing sessions for women flowing again.

7.) Prepare regular batches of my medicinal teas collected from the land again. 

8.) Make my plant nursery beautiful again.

9.) Live as an integral part of a juicy heart-resonant soul tribe community, with deep, coherent mutual and shared passion, purpose, mission, love, warmth, care, sweetness, reverence, respect, aliveness, admiration, excitement, enjoyment, playfulness, work, fun, laughter, attraction, and all-level connections and relationships. 

10.) Make love with the woman, or the women, that I love, every day, as a sacred devotional practice. 

11.) Begin learning relevant coding/programming languages to more fully contribute to the sovereignty-driven technologies where I am active, like Arch Linux, Hive, Qortal, DeSo, and Bastyon.

Exercise for a Stroke Survivor

If a person survives a stroke event and is not disabled, he should go for short-interval HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) instead of Moderate intensity training sessions.

A recent study published in the Stroke journal shows us the benefits of HIIT over moderate-intensity exercise. The HIIT sessions consisted of intense 60-second workouts followed by 60 seconds of lighter work for recovery.

Talya Fleming, MD, the medical director of the Stroke Recovery Program and Aftercare Program at JFK Johnson Rehabilitation Institute in Edison, New Jersey, United States, provided commentary on the study results:

"In general, moderate-intensity exercise has been thought to be safer and more sustainable after stroke compared to high intensity. But more recent studies have been showing that HIIT is beneficial too."
