I Am #AliveAndThriving Today! || #IAmAliveChallenge || Daily Off-Grid Jungle Journal Entry: Day #775 - What Is HIVE's True Value? - GaiaYoga Gardens, Lower Puna, Far East Big Island, Hawai'i - Tuesday, September 10, 2024

I live naked and barefooted, very close to Earth and Nature, in an 18-acre, off-grid, clothing-optional, food-forest intentional community (GaiaYoga Gardens), way out in the jungles of Lower Puna, far East Big Island, Hawai'i, and I have for more than 5 years now. Although there are many challenges, I love my life, and I'm immensely grateful to live where and how I do, on my own terms! I would not want to live any other way! 😁🙏💚⚡💥🔥✴️✳️❇️👣🌱✨🤙

While many Hivers continue being disheartened and disappointed at the value of HIVE in relation to the US Dollar, or even to other cryptocurrencies, with a very noticeable drop in activity and engagement on the Blockchain, I keep going every day, unperturbed and undaunted, and making excellent gains in the process. Why don't I care about HIVE's fiat-dollar value? Well, for those that frequent my posts, you already know what I'm going to say. If we are going to measure one asset of value against another asset of value, then first of all we must determine how each asset derives that value.

Originally gold and precious metals filled the role of money, but they tend to be quite heavy to lug around, so the early banks held people's gold for them in vaults, giving them a promisary notes in its place, that represented the gold that was held in the vault. At some point, however, the backing of paper promisary notes by gold was removed, and the world of debt-based fiat currencies was initiated, AKA the present worldwide financial system. The change was designed to enslave the world, and it was superlatively successful. Now fake paper money, that is backed by zero, nothing, nada, and which is printed at will, in huge quantities that ever dilute the value of the currency, so more money buys less. Also, the debt on which this fake fiat money is based is unpayable, and will continue to grow until that currency finally becomes completely worthless. That is what is being used as the measuring stick for HIVE. Pretty silly, no?

Hive assets, including of course HIVE, are not based on debt, however, which is a very good start indeed! No, HIVE is not backed by gold, so from where exactly does the value of HIVE and Hive asssets come? If you said 'us!', you get the prize! Hive is a 100% community-based framework, it's The People's Blockchain, with the value of its assets being derived from the human value of the community that make it up, and our belief in it. I can tell you that I trust Hive's human value ridiculously more than I do fiat currencies' debt. That's a no-brainer. How would the value of HIVE and Hive assets be measured if the US Dollar crashes to zero value (which it will very likely do very, very soon)?

Measuring HIVE against crypto assets from other blockchains has more use, from my perspective, though unfortunately it's not really very accurate, because the majority of people in crypto tend to follow the bright and shiny, well-publicized coins, without actually knowing or caring much at all about the projects that gave rise to these assets that they hold in their wallets. I see the incredible tech, the exceptional community that made it all happen, and the immense potential of Hive, so I'm all-in, every day, for the long haul. I believe in you, and I believe me, and together we are building, creating, and growing something of authentic value.

Yesterday, Tuesday, I left the Flow House just before 2PM, after wrapping up my Hive tasks. I put my energy first on taking more photos for these posts, while the sun was out shining bright . With that more personal task completed, I focused on more community work, first doing the dry-goods order in Tutu's, topping a guava tree next to Power Sharing so the it would not cover the solar panels, and then doing some paid bamboo-dividing work for Ano in his nursery. Once I finished with bamboo, I returned to the other side of the property to take a shower, collect my leftover jar of superfood fire coffee from the Landing fridge, and then head back to the Flow House for my evening round of Hive tasks. I wasn't there long before Iolanthe texted me asking me (more begging me, since it was already a little late, and I was rather reluctant to go) if I could make her a cheeseburger in Tutu's, which I did end up doing. After making Io her burger, I returned to the Flow House, to get back to Hive. I got through all my notifications by around 9:30PM, spending a bit more time checking in on Bastyon and X, doing a little token management, responding to new notifications, and then finally going to bed just after 12:30AM. I woke up at 6AM to go turn on the generaror, since the solar electrical system crashed again, due to a so-far unresolved issue. I tried unsuccessfully to get more sleep, and in the end finally doing on a round of token management around 7AM, starting on this post, checking in on Bastyon and X again, and then getting out of bed just after 8AM to go make my superfood fire coffee.

It's now just before 12PM, so a fantastic time to end this post, so that I can get to my few important Hive tasks, before leaving the Flow House later in the afternoon, to first strain and blend kefir, take more photos for these posts, and then land work. 2024 Life Goals

1.) Heal my broken heart, reignite my heart sun, and embody a solid, healthy masculine, allowing my electric fire to shine bright, no matter what others, especially women, say or do. 

2.) Bring myself and my life back into balance, integration, and wholeness. 

3.) Do regular (naked) integral practices again, alone or with others. 

4.) Dance regularly again.

5.) Work with natural entheogens (mushrooms, ganja, ayahuasca), with punctuated regularity, as a part of my healing process again. 

 6.) Get, and keep, regular deep, integral energy-body-tantric work healing sessions for women flowing again.

7.) Prepare regular batches of my medicinal teas collected from the land again. 

8.) Make my plant nursery beautiful again.

9.) Live as an integral part of a juicy heart-resonant soul tribe community, with deep, coherent mutual and shared passion, purpose, mission, love, warmth, care, sweetness, reverence, respect, aliveness, admiration, excitement, enjoyment, playfulness, work, fun, laughter, attraction, and all-level connections and relationships. 

10.) Make love with the woman, or the women, that I love, every day, as a sacred devotional practice. 

11.) Begin learning relevant coding/programming languages to more fully contribute to the sovereignty-driven technologies where I am active, like Arch Linux, Hive, Qortal, DeSo, and Bastyon.
