That may be true. I haven't fully explored the possible ramifications of multiple tokens in a game or app yet.

You guys @tydynrain and @savvytester had a great convo that I am just seeing!

Generally speaking, this Battle Card game is designed to be simpler to play than something like Splinterlands which in my opinion has gotten difficult to keep up with its increasing complexity. But we still use the basic Splinterland rules where Melee is face to face and Range is from a distance.

In the 6 cards vs 6 cards format, coming "soon", there are 2 rows of 3 cards on each side, to start. A Range in the front row CAN attack but it attacks diagonally to the Other Row which is in its nature to attack at a distance with its arrows.

Also, Gems are coming to PEPE Game, and have been in the Battle Game at MetaRobots for years. Gems add stat boosts and potentially new abilities to existing cards.

We already have multiple tokens. The second token is GOV and it is, you guessed it, a governance token like SPS in Splinterlands. And like Splinterlands it is airdropped based on your VOLT Power once a week. You'll need at least 1000 VP to get 1 GOV. The GOV token will be tradeable and will not be pegged to anything so it will find a price based on supply and demand.

I agree that Splinterlands is overly complex. I'm so curious how the 6x6 matches will go. Yep, I got my first GOV token just after I reached 1,000 VP. I became curious as to what aspect in the PEPE frog battle game players would be able to vote for the first time using their GOV tokens. 🤔😅

I think there are more assets in the #Splinterlands game that its players don't truly own, starting with the $10 Summoner's Spellbook (the joining fee for the game), then Soulbound Cards and Potions, to name a few. 🤔💸🤯

However, even if the PEPE frog battle game players vote on something, there's still the potential problem of actually implementing it once enough weighted votes (with a total of probably at least two-thirds) from players are received. 🤯😅

If players of the PEPE frog battle game always lose because the AI frog always (creates and) picks the frogs that will defeat every player, then players will leave the game. 🤔🤯 Instead, the AI might make any player who is about to leave the game win just before the player finally leaves, only for it to decide to make the player lose again as often without making him/her leave. 🤯😆😅

While your "ultimate weapon" is the uninstallation method against a bad "autocorrect", it will also definitely affect you by making your typing slower (at least on the first few weeks after using that "weapon"), so your "autocorrect" likely doesn't worry much about that "weapon". 🤔🤯😅

I think that your "autocorrect" needs to avoid making you use your "ultimate weapon" (of uninstall) much more than you needing to use it, since you can use any other keyboard (though with difficulty especially just after you "unleashed the weapon"). 🤔🤯😅

Opening such comments on #HiveEngage on #Ecency (or another Hive blogging frontend supported by Hive Engage) instead would (help) prevent such technical issue regarding misplaced comment replies. 🤔🤓

Hope that you determine with certainty whether such comment displayed on #HiveEngage that didn't properly get a reply still gets displayed on that Hive dapp or not. 🤗😅

Well, one would hope that such is the case at least! I don't use Engage every day, as I don't always have the extra time, but I don't think that I've run into that problem when I have used it.

Since I reply practically all of the time using #Ecency comments that I see on #HiveEngage, it will be very unlikely for me to encounter such technical problem of my replies getting published under the wrong comment (or post). 🤔🤯 That's why I need to ask you because I prefer not to reply to comments without using the Ecency frontend. 😅

The Adventures in PEPE Game are grouped into 4 set game loops. When you're in an Adventure loop you have the ability to play in your current Adventure game or the one before it. After the 4th game you find yourself back home among the lily pads again. From there, you can repeat the same loop or move to the next one.

The first loop, which we are all in now, is a 3x3 battle game. The second loop is 3x3 with Gems that boost stats. Third is 6x6. Fourth is 6x6 with Gems.

PvP and Arena battles coming "some day" :D

I do want to keep PEPE Game simple in all aspects. I think the existing tokens of VOLTs, staked VOLTs (VP) and GOV will be all we need. Maybe a staked GOV (GP) but not sure yet.

I wonder how often the battles on the Adventure game become available for free again. 🤔 As soon as I unlocked the second campaign, it looked like I needed to wait for 2 hours to have another free battle for the first campaign (while it is still 1 hour for the second campaign). 🤯😅

If I recall, the demo games are one hour until free gain. First Adventure is 2 hours and the others are 3 hours.

Don't think GOV need to be staked. However then vote of X GOV at time Y must compare to other votes, and changes in GOV balance. So staking can have some advantages in the sense of being "locked". Key in design as always. !BBH !DIY !DOOK

A Range in the front row CAN attack but it attacks diagonally to the Other Row which is in its nature to attack at a distance with its arrows.

The #Splinterlands game used to have only DEC as its only tradeable fungible token, but then SPS, VOUCHER, and other tokens emerged which most players say complicated the game which took away the focus from battling itself. 🤔🤯

My referrer on the PEPE frog battle game is @pepetoken, which means it gets 40 VOLT tokens for every frog card pack that I buy in the game (from the game itself, not from other players). 🤔 The referrer (most likely kenny-crane) also gets 4% of my frog card purchases which is 20 VOLT tokens. 🤓

I think that there is no need to "clean" your #HiveEngine wallet especially if the values of "dust" tokens are practically zero, since you and other people on Hive can simply hide low-balance tokens on Hive Engine. 🤓

I think that automatically selling such dust tokens on #HiveEngine is possible only on apps where Hive account private keys are safely stored (such as #HiveKeychain), because selling (or transferring) any token on Hive Engine requires the private active key. 🤔🤯🤓
