Presently no. It would be great if we had other means, or if the solar electrical system were solid enough that we wouldn't need anything else, but sadly neither is the case.

I was going to suggest a pedal-powered electrical generator, though it looks very inefficient and is only cool as a way to exercise. 🤔🤯

Yeah, while I'm sure that it's possible, it would indeed be a very inefficient manner of generating electricity.
