That comes in time, as s/he gets to know the Hive landscape better. Hive is not, nor likely will it ever be, instant gratification. It takes time and patience to take it all in and understand it. 😁 🙏 💚 ✨ 🤙

I think 'accessible' is a better word than 'friendly' in that context, something that is clear, coherent, logical, and is not difficult to understand. Yes, those are good suggestions for newcomers. I bounce back and forth between Ecency and PeakD, as I'm sure that I've mentioned before. 😁🙏💚✨🤙

There should be a wiki-like dapp here on Hive which will then have a nice newcomer guide for new Hive users, and that guide would have many helpful (and accurate) inputs from a lot of active (and long-time) Hive users. 🤔🤓
