Welcome to the first week of "Uptober" ETH Guessing Game—though it seems Uptober has had a challenging start this year. The past seven days have been tough for Ethereum, as the market struggled amidst a general downturn across the crypto space.

Looking at the chart from September 27th to October 3rd, ETH was sitting comfortably at just under $2,800, but that optimism didn’t last long. Over the course of the week, the price steadily fell, signaling a rough start for the month. By the time October 1st arrived, Ethereum had already dropped below $2,500, and things didn’t improve as the decline continued into the early days of the month. By October 3rd, ETH was hovering just above $2,300, struggling to gain any positive momentum.

This has many wondering: where is Uptober? While past Octobers have historically been bullish for crypto, this year seems to be off to a shaky start. Will Ethereum see a sharp recovery in the coming days for a big leap, or will the downtrend persist, making 2024 an exception to the Uptober trend?
