Hive Power Up Month - Feedback from February day 15

The Hive Power Up Month has now been running for 15 days. We are halfway through the challenge.

We first want to apologize to all of you for not posting about the PUM since the beginning of this month. Times are emotionally difficult for our team living in Europe with war raging in Ukraine only a thousand or two miles from our borders.

We did not stay idle, quite the contrary. We will tell you more about this very soontm.

Therefore, no blah blah in this post, just the results of the contest which continues its journey despite these events.

There are 44 participants still eligible for the PUM badge. We wish them to remain committed over the next two weeks.

Thanks for sharing and understand why it is difficult at this time. Horrible situation.

I thought though that perhaps I had already dropped off the list but happy to see, still in the game and half way through.

Unfortunately, you are not more eligible this month. You made a good start with a power-up every day from the 1st till the 7th, but then things went erratic 😕

Thanks for the update, and great timing as I was wondering just this morning if I was still in the race. I still am, yay!!!
Don't remember exactly, but it seems to me we lost more participants than last month at the same halfway point. So, good luck to everyone still hanging on!

Thank you for the update, I just figured I had screwed up somewhere.
Times are not good and many of us have family or friends in Eastern Europe, my thoughts are will all of you.

Grumble grumble; I had this plan to power up 1 HIVE about 5pm every night, my time. I only realised that 5pm was the day reset - so if I was a bit before or a bit after 5pm, I might power up twice one day and miss the next.

Feeling a bit disappointed with myself to have put so much emphasis on being a part of this, to then realise I'm not.

Oh well, maybe next month.

Greetings @hivebuzz, a question, several weeks ago we verified our account to have the badge, but we still don't have it. How long does the process take? The verification was fast but the badge is still not out.

We do not manage the "verified" badge. The best thing to do is to contact @guiltyparties as he is the one in charge.

@recording-box is not mentioned, but from what I understand after reading the post, powering up 1 HIVE per day makes me eligible, right?

Hi guys.

I noticed that you were very quiet and I was wondering if you were ok. I'm so sorry that things are so precarious there. Please be safe and careful. My thoughts are with you.

I hate to be "that guy", but I must be doing something wrong, please could you check on my account, I've been powering up every day before the click over on UCT time and yet, I don't seem to be in the PUM. I've added a screenshot from Hivestats.

I would like to ask if the posts whose Rewards are Powered Up 100% for the Power Up Month challenge are completely burned (all rewards sent to @null) or declined (any reward gets sent to the Rewards Pool), would they still qualify as "Power Up" for the day (given they have enough upvotes to avoid being dusted)? 🤔

That's an excellent question.

In the past, this could have worked but we have updated our rules on this subject: there cannot be any beneficiary on a 100HP post.
The goal is indeed to increase your Hive Power, which is not the case if the rewards are transferred to @null or declined.
