Good advice!

I try to base all I do on data. Do an experiment, collect data, analyze it, make changes, repeat. But being human, we do care about things since we have a brain with chemical pathways that result in emotions. Sometimes we need to let the rational part of our brain observe the emotional side and decide if we need to change things up a bit.
