Roadmap for the next weeks

  • I will be absent for the rest of the week and there will probably be no Liotes Mission next Wednesday
  • It was great for me to see the feed-back on the last mission where I asked you if you were willing to participate in trying some programs. I'm not ready to present the whole project to you yet and it will take probably about two weeks before I can do so.

New Windmaker

Smoking and Stomach Ulcers

Smoking confers an increased risk of gastric ulcer and, to a lesser extent, duodenal ulcer.
Once the ulcer is formed, it is more likely to cause complications and less likely to heal if the patient continues to smoke.
