Graffiti - MARIO

Hello. Today i decided to do the name of the character Mario. Yesterday i was practicing stars and in particular the nintendo star, i decided that it would make a nice background for one of my graffiti. Since the star is used in Mario Party i thought Mario would work with it.

I am doing names/usernames/words upon request. Just add a comment if you would like one done.

For this piece i did a throw up style Mario. I used red and blue since those are the colours on Mario’s costume. I added a drop shadow then it was on to the background. I was originally just going to put the star since that is where the inspiration came from, but when I was playing around with the placement i decided i would add more. I the added the +1 mushroom but there was still a big space in the center. I then decided on Mario’s cap but made it a darker red so it didn’t blend too much with the red in the throw up.
