I'm British, and in 2018, Russia tried to assasinate some people on British soil using a nerve agent, novochok. In the process they contaminated the city of Salisbury, and an innocent British woman died. The panic about which public spaces were contaminated and the clean-up costs were huge.
So as far as Brits are concerned, the only good Russian is a dead Russian, and we're happy to fund Ukraine to kill Russians (we've sent about £50bn ($75bn) of ammo, with 77% public approval of this). We Brits are really vengeful like that - there is a reason we've been to war with every country on earth apart from the Vatican city
I guess Americans are much more chilled and would have just shrugged if Novochok was deployed on American soil. A different culture results in a different viewpoint. It's a diverse planet, so every country approaches issues differently.
I just thought I'd explain, as there are a lot of Europeans on Hive (Germans, Brits, Finns) whose experience of Russia is different from that of the US.

Russians tried to genocide Brits by entering our country and spreading nerve agent all over one of our cities. Retaliation is the only way to deter them.
I get that if nerve agent had been spread over an American city, you'd have shrugged and tried to appease the Russians much as Trump is doing now.
But tolerance works both ways. If we're tolerant of your subservience to Russia and understand your wish to retreat, why are you intolerant of our aggression? Why are you trying to force your subservience to Russia on us? That's a close-minded position.

In a bear market where bitcoin goes to 70K or so we’d see hive below .25
Bit im with you and wanna see it stay higher! This should be a bull year so we’ll see. The issue I think is keeping us low is the DHF printing so much.
