My InLeo Premium Membership Update Report

Happy Hump Day everyone! We're halfway through the work week! I hope that it's been treating you well so far. Things have been going well for me, although I still have several projects I need to tackle by the end of the week. Fortunately nothing too difficult! Halloween is coming up next week which means I'm going to have to run to Costco to buy some candy to hand out to all the kids trick-or-treating. That's always a lot of fun, I'm looking forward to it!

Today I will be doing another report on my InLeo premium membership status for this month. I had cut back to twice a month but several people requested to keep it on a weekly basis. They have found the information useful, so back to weekly it is.

For those unfamiliar with the InLeo premium service program it is a paid service that costs ten HBD a month or one hundred HBD for a one year time period. I have been doing the monthly version for around nine months now. It may cost more but shelling out a hundred dollars is a little painful honestly. Plus in anything crypto you never know what can happen in one year's time.

InLeo premium offers you certain perks that you don't get with the free front end use. One that I use the most is the longer threads and the ability to edit them. I find that on occasion my brain misses some grammatical error or misspelling of a word. That makes the editing a very big plus. You can see some of the other perks in the screenshot below that shares the countdown remaining on this current membership period.

The feature that they don't advertise is that premium members receive priority curation on their posts created on the InLeo front end. In essence your post should be considered for curation before those of individuals that use the free version to post. That does make this an attractive service in addition to the other perks listed above.

Let's jump into this month's numbers...

In this membership period I am twenty-three days in, and to date I have created nineteen posts. From the curation standpoint from @leo.voter I have seen three curations so far, however two of them were stake based curations so I don't count those as they are not organic curations from InLeo. That leaves me with just one curation during this InLeo premium period so far for $5.14. Then removing the 55% that goes back to InLeo that leaves me with $2.31. Subtracting that sum from my initial investment of 10 HBD I am $7.69 in the red for this period. This is very odd because in all of my past memberships I had already made some profit at this point.

To be completely honest I'm beginning to worry that I may not earn back my initial investment this time around. There are eight days left in the membership so there is some hope, but this has been a very odd membership period. If I don't at least earn back my initial investment it won't make any sense to continue with the program, which would be a shame because I have enjoyed it. When I invest money into anything crypto I expect to earn a return on my investment, as does everyone.

I am hopeful that when I share my next report covering the entire membership period, coming next week, that I will have some better numbers to share with all of you, just as I have in my last reports. I do like the InLeo program, and I think they are constantly making improvements. It has come a long way over the last six months. Crossing my fingers!

Now for an update about the DUO project...

Hard to believe that it's been more than five moths more or less since I created this token along with @bitcoinman and @bulliontools . Right now each DUO token sells for one Hive each and we are halfway through our second batch of tokens. When these sell out the next tranche of tokens will cost 1.5 Hive a piece. So it make sense to buy in early while they are still inexpensive!
