My Actifit Report Card: January 30 2025
Things accomplished today:
- 4 spontaneous sprints (short/mid distances)
- job'ed half a day when saw the opportunity to
- meditated
- lots of hopeful/chill/fun music
- trained hard (140 weighted decline pushups, I love those)
- lots of protein
- read a little
- worked on a great video
- came up with a fun idea for a story (proceeded to have great fun imagining it while walking and listening to music)
- lots of walking (I love walking)
- felt really good and stable throughout the entire day (endorphins made it even better)
- listened to and took notes from a great podcast
- no processed foods (been eating really healthy for at least a month straight now, great life)
- chilled massively
- going to sleep earlier than usually, setting myself up for great night's sleep
...and many more fun things
Gotta take a ~9 hour nap
