My Actifit Report Card: February 9 2025
Today in my workout I made slight adjustments to my form on everything where needed, and I actually started feeling the intended muscles in every exercise.I've been getting stronger at the gym and i am in the process of learning something new. My abdominal muscles were developing nicely. It seems that my legs are getting stronger as well and i hit a new record at leg exercises, it also has nice definition too. My arms are also getting stronger. Made peace (at least mostly) with a certain traumatic event from years ago and i no longer feel melancholic for the past few days. For Feb, I decided to add 2 more habits to the repertoire.. & already made so much progress w/ 1 of them! Will continue reevaluating things each month & adding/subtracting habits as needed depending on what needs focus.
Tonight, I set up my bed to be as soft as possible.
It is ready to be used and be laid down on.
My goal is to sleep like a baby, being comfortable as much as possible.
I will watch ASMR before I sleep, while I'm laying down.
I will put the day behind my back, and remind myself there's a new day ahead tomorrow.
I can sleep, and I will wake up when I want to.
Once I wake up, I will do the SAVERS routine.
S - 10 min. meditation/stretching under the bright sun
A and V - Drawing two things that I want to see in the day
E - Move and follow an exercise video
R - Read atomic habits (10 min.)
S - Write on what I've read (Summary)
