Yes, exciting times, indeed.
I think the new reward cards system has an up and a downsite. While new players have a hard time to get these cards (can only get them through playing) it will deter some short-term profit bots that just want to grind for them and then sell them at once.

If you're in it for the long run (as I consider myself to be) it is somewhat ok. Once they run out the surplus can be sold or rented out.

I will be curious what this will do to the community, right now it's all speculation.

Only two days to go, as you said, will be exciting.
