Today the weather is nice. I walked for half an hour this morning. In the afternoon I went to the market with my friend. Walking in the market is more like walking than exercising outside. We bought the necessary things and came back. In the evening I was busy planting plants in my garden.
My step count has increased a lot today.
14000+ steps is a good result for me.
