OMG I can't even imagine starting to do this. I hate it when I have to do box climbs and I usually only do 20 hahaha. This is a great accomplishment, take good care of your knee and keep it active! Cheers!

The knees are fine. I actually had more problems with my knees and back before I started Crossfit. i like to challenge or break my own limits. I just have to be careful and stop when the body reacts negatively.
