I know it's a just a game - but it's not very nice to drag your teammates down time after time.
In the KOG discord, we get reminders of time left. It is rare than someone misses, but it does happen occasionally. I play as soon as I can, because I don't want to be the one to miss a round and, there is no advantage for me to wait.

Yeah we do get reminders too. Hmm I guess it differs from guild to guild.
KOG is a decent guild - though it is the only one I have really ever been in!
