My Actifit Report Card: Januar 6 2024

Guten Abend liebe Leute,

Sport steht eigentlich immer 2- bis 4-mal in der Woche bei mir auf dem Programm und hat nichts mit guten Vorsätzen zu tun. Allerdings, das ich mal wieder häufiger darüber berichte, das dann schon eher (am besten täglich).

Heute stand für mich kein Crossfit auf dem Programm, da ich Vormittags andere Termine hatte und am Wochenende gibt es nur Vormittags Kurse in der Crossfit-Box. Daher habe ich dann am Nachmittag meine Laufschuhe angezogen und bin meine 500.000 cm Strecke gelaufen. Leider bin ich noch weit entfernt von meiner Bestzeit, aber das Jahr ist ja noch jung und in ein paar Wochen sieht es vielleicht schon wieder besser aus.

Crossfit wasn't on my agenda today as I had other appointments in the morning and there are only morning classes in the Crossfit box at the weekend. So I put on my running shoes in the afternoon and ran my 500,000 cm distance. Unfortunately, I'm still a long way off my best time, but the year is still young and things might look better in a few weeks.
